Privacy Policy

Asia Pickleball (asiapickleball.ai) is a pickleball tournament system for clubs across Asia. These pages explain the product. The public board is a separate URL on www.asiapickleball.ai/live that your host sends on WhatsApp.

If you write via Contact, we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply. An account holds your name, email and sign-in details, and any profile photo or club you add. If you apply to referee, we keep your note and any certificate you upload (PDF or image) so staff can review it. Host, staff and member accounts, and referee sessions opened with an event code, store the event data needed to run the day: courts, display names, matches, and official scores. If a host turns on court cameras for an event, they record play at the venue. The full recording stays on the venue's AI box. What reaches us is the analysis, one still image from the match and, when the file is small enough, a low-resolution video of the match inside the replay. These are public while the host keeps AI on for the event, and the replay is shown on the public match page. If the host also puts a court on a live stream, that court's video is sent out and shown live on the public board, and our video provider (Cloudflare Stream) keeps a recording of each stream for 30 days before deleting it. We do not sell any of it.
