About Asia Pickleball

Asia Pickleball is a pickleball tournament system for clubs in Hong Kong and across Asia. The host runs entries, the draw and the courts from one host desk; referees score on their own phones with an event code; players and spectators follow the official score on one public live board. Every screen is in English and Traditional Chinese.

The screens

Host desk · app.asiapickleball.ai/host
List an event, take applications and mark who has paid; build the roster, courts and pairs; run round-robin groups and knockout stages, with an optional match for third place; import a draw from .xlsx or CSV into a draft you correct before saving; mark check-in, no-shows and withdrawals, with walkovers for the other side; control the venue screen; and share the event code with referees.
Referee phone · app.asiapickleball.ai/ref
An event code and a name, no account. The referee taps who won each rally; side-out scoring and the server number follow the rules, a tap that breaks them never moves the score, and undo is one tap. The host can also score any court from the host account.
iPad score desk
The same scoring laid out for a tablet at the net: big targets and the score in large type.
Public live board · www.asiapickleball.ai/live/…
One link per event, no login and nothing to install. Matches by time — live, upcoming and completed — with a search by player name and a court filter.
Venue big screen
A TV at the venue that shows the match in play or a chosen match, the bracket, break time with an optional countdown, an announcement or the schedule. The host switches it from the host desk.

Draw formats and scoring

Round-robin groups and knockout rounds, on their own or together, with an optional match for third place. Singles, doubles and mixed doubles. The referee phone applies side-out scoring, and every doubles game opens at 0-0-2.

Languages

Every screen is in English and 繁體中文, and each person picks their own in the header — the referee page and the public board included.

In development

Court-camera AI that tracks the players and the ball, suggests who won each rally for the referee to add or dismiss, and builds a 3D replay. It is still in development, and no point counts until a referee adds it.

What it is not

  • Not a ranking site and not a betting product.
  • Not connected to DUPR, and it shows no ratings.
